Description:
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:

    • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Product Development:

    • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
    • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
    • Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Manage expectations and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Performance and Optimization:

    • Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the user experience.
    • Drive adoption and usage of the product through effective marketing and customer success strategies.
  • Leadership and Mentorship:

    • Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
    • Champion a customer-centric culture within the organization.
QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
  • Preferred years of experience : No preferred years of experience required
  • Travel Required : 25% to 50%
  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
